Class Exercise 3

The first word to be chosen is "playful", and the idea behind the design was to have loud and bright colours that clashed. the wavy lines were to indicate movement, as playful people rarely sit still, but move around and fidget alot.



The second word is "halt". the image is composed of shapes that form together to form signs that mean "stop". another way to see is that one shape inside the other does not overlap and go over the boundary, but stops and halts inside. Bright red, yellow and white are used in the picture as these 3 colours do feature in warning signs, and are very noticeable from a distance.
